- Supervise and oversee the daily operations of the team - Train and mentor team members to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively - Delegate tasks and responsibilities to team members, ensuring that work is completed accurately and on time - Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and issues in a professional and timely manner - Assist with interviewing, hiring, and onboarding new employees - Conduct performance evaluations and recommend promotions or disciplinary actions as necessary - Manage inventory levels and ensure adequate stock is available for customer needs - Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety regulations - Perform administrative tasks such as scheduling, payroll processing, and record keeping Skills:
- Strong leadership abilities with the ability to motivate and inspire a team - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to make decisions quickly and effectively - Exceptional organizational and time management skills - Proficient in math calculations for cash handling and retail math - Ability to negotiate and resolve conflicts in a fair and diplomatic manner - Experience in recruiting, interviewing, and selecting candidates for employment - Proficient in using computer software for administrative tasks Note:
