o Verifying daily Censuso Verify all billing and financial data for new admissionso Medicare A & B Billing, Claims Corrections and Follow-upo Managed Care , Claims Corrections and Follow-upo Private Pay Billing and Collections.
Medicaid Application Assistanceo Payment Processing, Reconciliation, and Reportingo Account Adjustment and Reconciliationo Accounts Receivable Month-end Closingo Medicare Bad Debt Processing o Accounts Receivable Monitoring and Analysiso Refund Processing o Management, Control and Reconciliation of the Residents Needs Accounto Financial Cycle Oversight:
Accounts Payable, Purchasing, and Payrollo Staff Training and Professional Developmento Supervising of Assigned staff as Required (including Accounts Receivable Assistant, Human Resources, Accounts Payable Assistant, Payroll Assistant)Qualifications Position Requirements:
o Accounting degree preferred or equivalent work experienceo A minimum of 3 years experienceo 5 years of health care revenue cycle management experience, preferably in the long-term care industryo Knowledge of health care billing requirements, accounts receivable management and financial applicationso Strong communication, analytic, and writing skillso Ability to multi-task, handle multiple priorities, and to work independently About the Company:

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
